AIRDOG II DF-165 1999-2003 7.3L FORD – 4G MOTOR

The Pureflow AirDog II 4G 165GPH A6SABF492 lift pump, or Fuel Preporator, is a must have upgrade for your 1999-2003 7.3L Powerstroke. The fuel system on your Powerstroke is the heart of the vehicle’s performance and reliability. This high pressure (50-55 psi) Powerstroke lift pump mounts to the inner frame rail using the supplied sandwich plate mounting system.  The pressure side connects to the factory injection pump feed line. The suction/fuel supply sides hook directly up to the factory quick disconnect fittings on the fuel module and the air/vapor return is sent back to the tank through a filler neck return tee making the install very straight forward. This kit is designed to replace the factory frame mounted high pressure pump.

The AirDog 2 4G DF-165 Powerstroke lift pump will solve infamous P0087 & P1093 low fuel rail pressure codes. This positive supply of purified fuel being fed to your injection pump will also add performance, throttle response, and longevity to your vehicle. Due to extra stress on your fuel system from either high mileage and/or additional performance modifications, like a tuner or larger injectors, your injection pump can become weak over time. This may result in a drop of performance, reliability, and fuel economy. The supplied water separator (WS100) and fuel filter (FF100-2), that mount to the pump, filter your fuel down to a 2 micron rating which surpasses the stock fuel filters filtration capability. This AirDog II-4G 165GPH Powerstroke lift pump is recommended for trucks that have a stock to aggressively upgraded fuel system (meaning stock to larger injectors and injection pump; will also support aggressive tuning). Perfect fit for daily drivers to performance applications reaching up to 1000 RWHP.
